Ahmyo River Gallery is open 7 days a week.

Santa Fe is open daily from 10:00am – 6:00pm and 12:00pm – 6:00pm on Sundays (Mountain Time).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Items ordered online are shipped typically within 24 hours of placing the order. However, orders requiring freight shipping, can take 4-8 weeks depending on the item. All jewelry items ship free. Fine Art and Sculpture shipping rates vary according to size, value and destination. Shipping rates are available once the items are in your cart.

 

What is your return policy?

Ahmyo River Gallery offers a 7 day full refund from the date of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Returned items must be in unused condition.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on special orders.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Do you charge sales tax?

Ahmyo River Gallery is located in Santa Fe, New Mexico so we only charge sales tax on orders that ship to New Mexico. Sales tax is automatically calculated by our shopping cart provider based on recipient’s zip code.

 

What is your repair policy?

We will repair or replace any defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days or in the event the customer is responsible for merchandise damage, there will be a repair fee. Ahmyo River Gallery works directly with each artist for repairs; therefore prices may vary.

Ground = Free

Expedited = $50

International = $50

 

Fine Art and Sculpture shipping rates vary according to size, value and destination. Shipping rates are available once the items are in your cart.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, for jewelry orders the standard fee is $50. Fine art and sculpture shipping internationally incurs varying fees based upon your country of residence. Contact us for international fine art shipping quotes.
