Exchanges and Repairs


Oh no! Not a perfect fit, not to worry.

Ahmyo River Gallery wants you to be happy with your purchase. We are committed to providing you with a high-end product and a pleasant shopping experience. If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to exchange it for another item please follow these guidelines:

  • We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the item and credit your payment back to you.
  • After the 7 day refund period we will gladly accept your order for exchange within 21 days of receipt.
  • After 21 days upon receiving the item it will be fully yours to keep and enjoy!
  • Any item you have special ordered is not returnable.
  • Items returned must be unworn, unused, in full working condition and packaged safely as they were when shipped to you. We cannot accept an exchange if it doesn’t meet these basic requirements.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Tracking is required for all ship backs, if something is lost without tracking we are not responsible. By shopping with us you have agreed to the return/exchange policies stated above.


Each item is best described with size, length, materials and possible variations BUT if you have anything that's on your mind don't hesitate to reach out. All jewelry items are carefully checked before they are lovingly packed. However, if for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please get in touch immediately via email at [email protected]. We may need photographic evidence, so attaching an image of the item in the email will speed the process along!

If your product is faulty due to malfunction in materials we will offer free, no charge repair within a 3 month period after purchase. You will however have to pay for shipping.


Repairs due to natural wear and tear damage should be shipped to the mailing address below and shipping is to be covered by sender to and from.

For repairs with missing pieces we will assess the damage and may request a fee to supply materials. Water damage does not constitute a manufacture malfunction and will require costs for repairs to be covered.

All repairs must be posted back in a padded envelope due to paper envelopes ripping during transit or goods arriving damaged. Please include your desired mailing address.

For your security, please send your repair with an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your original receipt. Ahmyo River Gallery is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Repairs can take up to 14 to 21 business days to complete once received so please be patient.

Please email us at [email protected] prior to sending your piece for repair. We respectively reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repair requests.
